Meet the owners of Signature Healthcare

John is the co-owner and founder of Signature Healthcare. He oversees all accounting, insurances and payroll services for the business. He grew up in a farming family and remains active in the family business.  In the spring in fall you'll likely find him helping his family on the farm!

Ben is a Registered Nurse who joined the Signature Healthcare team in 2010. Since then, he has been an instructor of our CNA, Adv. CNA, and CPR courses, and serves the team as the CNA Program Coordinator. He is a graduate from Grandview University with a Bachelor of Science and Nursing. 

Jennifer joined the office in 2021 as a Recruiting Specialist after working in facilities as a CNA with Signature for 9 years. She is passionate about providing quality care to all of her residents. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to podcasts on her porch garden with her husband and two kids.

Deann is the Director of Client Services and Scheduling. She has been with Signature for over 10 years and in the staffing/healthcare industry for over 35 years! She is our head scheduler and works to ensure that our field employees and facilities are properly staffed. 

Outside of work, Deann enjoys riding her motorcycle, camping, and spending time with her family.
